Job summary

DESC (Downtown Emergency Service Center) is seeking a Crisis Outreach Shift Supervisor to oversee mobile crisis response teams in King County. The role includes field supervision, coordinating schedules, and ensuring adherence to DESC policies while providing clinical oversight and training.

Ideal candidates will have an AAC credential, crisis intervention experience, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends in a Seattle-based program.

Qualifications

• One or more years' experience in community based behavioral health services.
• Ability to drive a vehicle and possess a WA driver’s license.
• Crisis Intervention Training (CIT) and DESC Crisis Response training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and scheduling for assigned shifts.
• Dispatch to outreaches alongside the team.
• Provide 1:1 supervision with supervisees at minimum.
• Maintain compliance with DESC policies and procedures.
• Coordinate day-to-day shift operations and staffing adjustments.
• Lead/participate in required team meetings.
