Job summary

Downtown Emergency Service Center (DESC) is seeking a Flex & Follow Up Crisis Outreach Supervisor to lead field teams delivering rapid, compassionate crisis response across King County. You will supervise frontline staff, coach teams, and ensure documentation aligns with DESC standards while coordinating with Crisis Connections and MRRCT leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related behavioral science; licensure preferred.
• Experience in community-based behavioral health services; working with homelessness or related issues is valued.
• Ability to drive and pass background checks as required by the program.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 supervision and regular performance evaluations for direct reports.
• Oversee maintenance of employee files for compliance with program requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external programs to ensure continuity of client care.
• Co-lead daily operations to ensure timely community response.
• Dispatch to outreaches and participate in team meetings.
• Provide clinical supervision for staff with various crisis outreach roles.
• Ensure adherence to DESC policies and procedures; maintain documentation practices.
• Assist clients in accessing internal resources and advocating for appropriate dispositions.
