Job summary

DESC is recruiting a Crisis Outreach Shift Supervisor to lead field operations and provide real-time supervision for crisis response teams. You will ensure proper documentation, policy adherence, and staff development within King County's crisis framework.

The role requires clinical supervision skills, the ability to coordinate scheduling, and to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience in crisis intervention and homelessness services is essential.

Qualifications

• Eligible for a Licensed AAC credential or any superseding credential meeting RCW 71.05.020 requirements to act as a Mental Health Professional.
• One or more years' experience in community based behavioral health services.
• Experience with adults experiencing homelessness, mental illness and/or substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned shift.
• Dispatch to outreaches and coordinate with the team.
• Provide supervision and coaching to staff and ensure documentation standards.
