Job summary

Sound is seeking a Mobile Crisis Supervisor to lead the Mobile Rapid Response Crisis Teams from 12:00am to 8:30am, Sunday through Thursday, at the Redmond clinic. This role combines clinical leadership, coordination with emergency responders, and direct service delivery to clients in behavioral health crises.

You will supervise clinicians and interns, oversee assessment and intervention processes, and collaborate with community partners to improve outcomes while ensuring compliance with funding

Qualifications

Requires a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a counseling-related field.
Minimum of three years of clinical experience as a clinician and supervision.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical and administrative supervision to the program and team.
Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
Deliver direct clinical services including assessments, crisis intervention, and coordination with SOUND.
Coordinate care with community partners and advocate for clients.
Ensure documentation compliance and manage program revenues and expenses.
