Qualifications

• Master's degree in a social science or related field.
• AAC licensure eligibility or higher; licensure costs reimbursed.
• At least 2 years of supervised clinical experience with serious mental illness.
• Strong clinical judgement and calm decision-making under pressure.
• Prior leadership, supervision, or consultation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessment, suicide risk evaluation, and crisis intervention via telephone.
• Serve as the clinical lead on shift, offering real-time consultation to staff and volunteers.
• Coordinate crisis response, including hospital diversion, triage, and first responders.
• Authorize inpatient services using clinical judgment and least-restrictive care.
• Ensure accurate documentation and high clinical/ethical standards.
• Collaborate with hospitals, mobile crisis teams, and public mental health agencies.
