You will engage directly with customers, travel to sites 20-30%, and contribute to improving system performance and customer satisfaction on a nightly schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1+ year of customer service/support experience.
• Experience with Allen Bradley or Schneider PLC controls.
• Strong customer-service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot controls hardware and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Support semi-complex systems integrating hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot schematics and PLC logic to resolve issues.
• Provide guidance to customers to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
