Dematic Corp. is seeking a Controls Engineer in Technical Support for night shift to work directly with customers remotely. You will diagnose issues using schematics and PLC logic to ensure precise problem resolution in the material handling industry.

Qualified candidates will have a related bachelor's degree and PLC experience (Allen Bradley/Schneider). Strong troubleshooting, communication, and the ability to travel 20–30% are required to support customers at various locations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1+ year experience providing customer service support.
• Experience with Allen Bradley and Schneider PLC controls.
• Strong electrical and controls troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in the support of semi-complex systems that integrate hardware and software.
• Provide support in semi-complex material specification, schematic troubleshooting, and follow-up.
• Recommend ideas related to efficiency improvement, cost reduction, and customer happiness.
• Offer outstanding troubleshooting expertise to Dematic's customers.
• Travel between 20-30% to different customer locations, which may include weekends and overtime.
