Job summary

Dematic Corp. seeks a Controls Engineer Technical Support for the Night Shift to actively assist customers with hardware/software issues and ensure flawless system performance in the material handling industry.

You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve semi-complex control problems, work with Allen-Bradley and Schneider PLCs, and travel to client sites up to 30% of the time, including weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years' experience in Customer Service Support.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley and Schneider PLC controls.
• Expertise in controls hardware troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Support semi-complex systems that integrate hardware and software.
• Assist with semi-complex material specification and schematic troubleshooting.
• Provide follow-up on issues and recommendations.
• Offer outstanding troubleshooting expertise to customers.
• Travel 20-30% to customer locations, including weekends/overtime.
