Job summary

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience delivering Customer Service Support is required.
- Strong skills in electrical and controls troubleshooting are essential.
Responsibilities
- Participate in support of semi-complex systems integrating hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot schematics and PLC logic to diagnose issues for customers.
- Provide outstanding troubleshooting expertise to customers.
- Support travel to customer sites 20-30% and may involve weekends/overtime.
- Recommend ideas to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer happiness.
