Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
1+ year of customer service/support experience.
Experience with Allen-Bradley and Schneider PLCs.
Strong hardware and electrical troubleshooting expertise.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication.
Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Support semi-complex systems integrating hardware and software.
Troubleshoot material specification, schematics, and follow-up.
Suggest efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
Provide outstanding troubleshooting support to customers.
Travel 20–30% to customer sites, including weekends/overtime.
