Job summary
Electrical Automation Services in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Controls Engineer for night shift to support high-speed beverage production. On-site role with a 2-2-3 schedule (6:00 PM–6:00 AM), base salary $100,000–$130,000 and a 20% target annual bonus.

Qualifications
- Associate degree in engineering technology or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- At least four years in industrial automation or controls in high-speed manufacturing.
- Strong PLC troubleshooting and programming capabilities.
- Experience with HMIs, VFDs, servo systems, networks and electrical controls.
- Ability to diagnose complex controls problems and lead automation projects.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary on-shift controls and automation expert.
- Provide Tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting for automated production lines.
- Diagnose PLC/HMI/VFD/servo and network issues; restore production safely.
- Develop controls projects to improve safety, quality and throughput.
- Mentor maintenance technicians and operators on controls.
- Support commissioning, upgrades, and system integration.
