Electrical Automation Services is seeking a seasoned Controls Engineer for its Glendale, AZ facility on a 2-2-3 night shift (6:00 PM–6:00 AM). You will act as the on-shift controls expert, supporting automation, PLC/HMI, and packaging equipment in a high-speed beverage operation.

You will lead improvements, provide training to maintenance teams, and coordinate with operations, quality, and engineering to boost safety, reliability, and throughput.

Competenze

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in automation/controls.
• Four+ years in industrial automation or controls in high-speed manufacturing.

Mansioni

• Serve as primary on-shift controls and automation expert.
• Provide Tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting for PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, and networks.
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Lead and mentor maintenance technicians and operators.
