Electrical Automation Services seeks a seasoned Controls Engineer for a Glendale, AZ on-site night shift role. You will act as the on-shift controls expert, troubleshooting PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, and network issues across high-speed beverage processing lines.

You will mentor maintenance techs, lead controls projects, and collaborate with operations and quality to drive safety, reliability, and throughput improvements.

Formación

• Associate degree in engineering technology, information systems, industrial automation and controls, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of industrial automation or controls experience in manufacturing environments (food/bev preferred).
• Strong PLC troubleshooting and programming capabilities.
• Experience with automated production, packaging, or conveying equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary on-shift controls and automation expert.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting for PLC, HMI, VFD, servo systems, and networks.
• Develop and execute controls projects to improve safety, quality, reliability, and throughput.
• Mentor maintenance technicians and operators on controls best practices.
