Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL is seeking a Nurse Aide (CNA) for the Telemetry unit on a full-time night shift. You will support RNs with patient care, document vital signs, and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge processes in a fast-paced hospital environment.

The role requires BLS certification within 45 days and a state-registered Nurse Aide in good standing, with a GED/HSED or high school diploma. 36 hours per week, night hours, rotating weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• BLS certification must be obtained within 45 days.
• Nurse Aide in good standing as per State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care (bathing, feeding, mobility).
• Record vitals and input data into EMR.
• Perform rounds and communicate patient observations to RN.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and room setup.
