Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a client service professional to respond to orders, inquiries, invoices and complaints in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will identify root causes, coordinate timely resolutions and maintain high service levels across internal teams.
The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in client service, with strong problem-solving, documentation and listening skills, plus a working knowledge of freight forwarding processes.
