Job summary

Kimon Services PVT Ltd in the United States is seeking reliable Process Associates to handle inbound/outbound calls, deliver accurate information, and resolve customer queries during night hours. You will record call details, maintain logs, and work independently while meeting company guidelines.

Experience in BPO for UK or international customers is preferred, with strong English communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline
• Experience in BPO/call center handling UK or international customers preferred
• Excellent English verbal communication
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends
• Ability to work independently during night hours
• Use Kimon Time software for productivity and time tracking during probation

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
• Respond to inquiries, complaints, or service requests promptly and accurately
• Provide product, service, or account information per guidelines
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
• Maintain accurate call logs, notes, and records in the system
• Follow data protection and confidentiality standards
• Coordinate with teams for handover of pending issues
• Maintain a calm, courteous, and professional attitude
