Freshers and experienced candidates with 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree are welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients/customers.

• Document call details and update records in CRM systems.
• Follow company guidelines and quality standards.
• Meet KPIs such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
