Kimon Services PVT Ltd in the United States is seeking reliable Process Associates to handle inbound/outbound calls, deliver accurate information, and resolve customer queries during night hours. You will record call details, maintain logs, and work independently while meeting company guidelines.

Experience in BPO for UK or international customers is preferred, with strong English communication and problem-solving skills.

The role involves providing accurate information, resolving customer queries, recording call details, and ensuring a high level of service quality while working independently during night hours.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, or service requests promptly and accurately
• Provide product, service, or account-related information as per company guidelines
• Escalate complex or critical issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
• Maintain accurate call logs, notes, and records in the system
• Follow all company policies, data protection, and confidentiality standards
• Coordinate with teams for proper handover of pending issues
• Maintain a calm, courteous, and professional attitude at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification: Graduation in any discipline
• Prior experience in BPO / call center handling UK or international customers preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends
• Ability to work independently during night hours
• Use Kimon Time software for productivity and time tracking during the probation period.
