Job summary

Sheridan is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate - Finishing/Bindery on the Nightshift (7pm-7am). We'll train you to run high-speed bindery equipment in a fast-paced print manufacturing environment.

No bindery experience? No problem—we train. You will operate machinery, feed signatures, inspect quality, and work with a team to hit daily production goals while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• No bindery experience required; will train on the job.
• Must read and comprehend instructions and orders.
• Basic math and measurement reading abilities essential.
• Ability to work on a fast-paced production floor with a team.

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into the bindery machines.
• Pack books into cartons and move materials safely.
• Perform hand operations as needed to support production.
• Hit daily production goals with teammates.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Follow safety procedures; keep workspace organized.
