Job summary

Sheridan is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for Finishing/Bindery on the Night shift 7p-7a. We'll train you to run high-speed bindery equipment in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

No bindery experience required; training provided. Responsibilities include feeding, packing, moving materials, inspecting output, and collaborating with teammates to meet daily production goals. Competitive pay with overtime opportunities and comprehensive benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
Able to read and understand work orders, safety rules, and manuals.
Basic math and measuring device use skills.
Strong desire to learn and work with team.

Responsibilities

Feed books/signatures into the machine.
Pack books into cartons.
Move materials and books safely to/from workstation.
Perform hand operations as required.
Work with a team to hit daily production goals.
Inspect finished products for quality and safety.
