Sheridan is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate on the nighttime 7p–7a shift in Ohio. No bindery experience is required—we’ll train you to operate high-speed bindery equipment and contribute to producing books and printed materials.

You’ll join a team focused on quality, safety, and hitting daily production goals. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and the ability to read instructions.

Qualifications

• Operates and assists with high-speed bindery equipment.
• Reads and follows work orders and safety rules.
• Uses basic math for measurements and checks.
• Works with a team to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into machine
• Pack books into cartons
• Move materials safely to/from workstation
• Perform hand operations as required
• Hit daily production goals as a team
