Sheridan is hiring a Manufacturing Associate for finishing/bindery on the nighttime shift in Ohio. We will train you to operate high-speed bindery equipment and contribute to the production of books, catalogs, and other printed materials.

No bindery experience? No problem—you're learning on the job. You’ll work on a fast-paced team, move materials safely, and help ensure quality while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, safety rules, and manuals.
• Basic math skills and measuring ability.
• Strong teamwork and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into machine.
• Pack books into cartons.
• Move materials safely to/from workstation.
• Perform hand operations as required.
• Hit daily production goals as a team.
• Inspect finished products for quality.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
