Sheridan is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate - Finishing/Bindery on the nighttime shift in Ohio. No bindery experience is required—we'll train you to operate high-speed bindery equipment and contribute to a hands-on production team.

You will feed, pack, and move materials, inspect products for quality, and work with others to hit daily goals in a fast-paced setting. Comprehensive benefits after 30 days and overtime opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Basic math and measurement reading
• Team player who can work safely on a fast-paced line

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into machine
• Pack books into cartons
• Move materials to and from workstation
• Perform hand operations as required
• Hit daily production goals as part of a team
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Follow safety procedures and keep workspace clean
