Job summary

Sheridan is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate (Finishing/Bindery) on a nighttime 7p–7a full-time shift in Ohio. No bindery experience is required—training will be provided. You will feed and pack books, inspect quality, move materials, and support a fast-paced, team-based production floor.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into high-speed bindery machines
• Pack books into cartons
• Move materials and products safely between stations
• Perform simple hand operations as needed
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Inspect finished products for quality compliance
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean workspace
