Sheridan is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate on the nighttime 7p–7a shift in Ohio. No bindery experience is required—we provide training to operate high-speed bindery equipment. You will work as part of a team to feed, pack, and inspect printed materials, while following safety procedures and maintaining a clean workspace.

The role emphasizes learning, reliability, and a long-term career in print manufacturing with overtime opportunities and benefits after a 30-day period.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Reliability and ability to work in a team
• Interest in learning and training on bindery equipment

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into high-speed bindery machines
• Pack books into cartons
• Move materials to/from workstation safely
• Perform hand operations as required
• Hit daily production goals as part of a team
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Follow safety procedures and keep workspace clean
