Job summary

Sheridan is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate on the nighttime shift (7p–7a) in Ohio. You will be trained to run high-speed bindery equipment, feed and pack books, and ensure quality while following safety procedures.

No bindery experience is required—training is provided. This role offers full-time hours, overtime opportunities, and a path toward skilled equipment operation within a growing print manufacturing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and safety rules.
• Basic math skills and measuring ability.

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into the machine.
• Pack books into cartons.
• Move materials safely to and from the workstation.
• Perform hand operations as required.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products for quality.
