Sheridan is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate - Finishing/Bindery on the nighttime shift (7p–7a) Full-Time. We'll train you to run high-speed bindery equipment and produce quality books, catalogs and printed materials.

No bindery experience? No problem—we'll train you. You’ll work on hands-on operations, lift up to 50 lbs, and be part of a team hitting daily production goals while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and work orders.
• Able to operate machinery safely with basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into machine.
• Pack books into cartons.
• Safely move materials and books between workstations.
• Perform hand operations as required.
• Hit daily production goals as part of a team.
• Inspect finished products for quality.
• Follow safety procedures and keep workspace organized.
