Sheridan is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for the finishing/bindery area, working the nighttime shift (7p–7a) on a full-time basis. We will train you to operate high-speed bindery equipment and contribute to producing books, catalogs, and printed materials.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and safety guidelines.
• Experience operating machinery in any industry is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and train on bindery equipment.
• Reliable and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into the machine.
• Pack books into cartons.
• Move materials to and from workstation safely.
• Perform hand operations as required.
• Hit daily production goals as a team.
• Inspect finished products for quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
