Job summary

Sheridan is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate - Finishing/Bindery on a nighttime shift (7p–7a) with training provided. You will operate high-speed bindery equipment, feed books/signatures, and pack finished products, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Able to read and comprehend instructions and work orders.
• Able to read and interpret safety and maintenance manuals.
• Basic math skills and ability to use a measuring device.
• Mechanical inclination and comfort using basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into bindery machine.
• Pack books into cartons and prepare for shipping.
• Move materials safely to and from workstation.
• Perform hand operations as required.
• Work with team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products for quality.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
