Job summary

Sheridan is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate - Finishing/Bindery on the nighttime shift (7p–7a). We’ll train you to operate high-speed bindery equipment, join a team, and contribute to a fast-paced production environment focused on quality books and printed materials.

No bindery experience? No problem—we train you. A high school diploma or GED, basic math, and reliability are valued as you help hit daily goals and maintain safety on the floor.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience or training
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as work orders and safety rules

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into machine
• Pack books into cartons
• Safely move materials to/from workstation
• Perform hand operations as required
• Work with a team to hit daily production goals
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
