Job summary

Sheridan Ohio is seeking an Assistant Manufacturing Technician-Bindery for the night shift (7p–7a). We train you to operate high-speed bindery equipment and join a fast-paced, team-driven production floor.

This full-time role offers overtime opportunities, a shift differential, and benefits after 30 days. Join a growing print manufacturing group and contribute to producing books, catalogs, and other printed materials.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry.
• Mechanically inclined with ability to use basic tools.
• Able to read basic instructions and measurements.
• Reliable with a good team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders).
• Keep machines running by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work with the team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues to keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
