Refresco Brand in Greendale, IN is seeking a Machine Operator II for night shifts on a full-time, on-site basis. You will monitor production lines, read schedules, operate forklifts, and help maintain GMP compliance and food safety standards.

The role requires 1–3 years in manufacturing, a high school diploma, ability to read gauges, and strong teamwork and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will support a fast-paced beverage production environment and work overtime as needed.

Qualificações

• Experience in a fast-paced beverage/production environment is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret gauges, thermometers, and weight measurements.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; able to work under pressure.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot production issues.
• Reading and following production schedules and SOPs.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to health and safety policies, GMPs, and wear PPE.
• Maintain production flow by monitoring machinery and supplying raw materials.
• Read and follow production schedules; communicate deviations.
• Perform equipment changeovers and read imperial/metric measurements.
• Record downtime and quality data for production records.
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality and reduce waste.
