Job summary

Refresco in Greendale, IN is seeking a production worker for our fast-paced beverage manufacturing facility. You will follow GMPs, operate production lines, monitor quality, and assist with material handling to keep the lines running smoothly.

The role requires high school certification and 1–3 years in manufacturing. Forklift certification may be required; you will work shifts including evenings or weekends and contribute to safety, quality, and efficiency across the plant.

Qualifications

• High School Certification or equivalent.
• 1-3 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and PPE policies in the warehouse and production areas.
• Read and follow production schedules and communicate deviations.
• Maintain production flow by supplying raw materials and minor machine servicing.
• Record production and quality data; maintain downtime records.
• Work with other departments to improve quality and reduce waste.
• Perform equipment sanitation and basic maintenance.
• Cross-train and support inventory management and general plant tasks.
