Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking dedicated team players for 2nd shift at our Lakeland, FL facility.

The starting base pay is $18.00 per hour with a $1.00 per hour shift differential, and the shift runs 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays. In this fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will follow GMPs, wear PPE, read production schedules, monitor machinery, support quality and sanitation, and collaborate across departments to meet targets while ensuring

Qualifications

• High school certification or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment preferred.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all health and safety policies/procedures, GMPs and wear PPE.
• Adhere to food quality and food safety standards (SQF, etc.).
• Read and follow production schedules and communicate deviations.
• Maintain production flow and supply raw materials to equipment.
• Record downtime and production data accurately.
• Perform equipment sanitation and minor maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality, efficiency, and reduce waste.
• Identify issues from visual and auditory cues and escalate as needed.
