Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is hiring a Machine Operator for the US 3rd shift (9:45pm–6:15am) in a fast-paced beverage production environment. The role requires adherence to GMP, safety protocols, and accurate documentation of production data.

You will support production lines, perform minor maintenance, and help ensure on-time delivery of quality beverages. Ideal candidates have high school certification, 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, and the ability to read gauges and measurements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to read production schedules and follow procedures.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health, safety, GMP, and PPE requirements in warehouse and production areas.
• Read and follow production schedules; communicate deviations.
• Maintain production flow, supply raw materials, and perform minor servicing.
• Follow QA and SOPs; perform equipment changeovers and read measurements.
• Record production data and downtime accurately.
• Perform sanitation and assist in cross-training as needed.
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality and reduce waste.
• Identify machine issues and assist in maintenance.
