Job summary

Refresco Brand is seeking candidates for 2nd shift (2:45pm - 11:15pm) and 3rd shift (10:45pm - 7:15am) in a fast-paced beverage production environment. You will adhere to GMPs, operate and maintain equipment, follow production schedules, and support quality initiatives while ensuring safety and efficiency across the line.

Ideal applicants have experience with production machinery, basic math, and the ability to read gauges and measurements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment.
• Ability to understand production machinery/forklifts and diagnose basic issues.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Adeptness in basic mathematical abilities.
• Skill in understanding gauges, thermometers, and weight measurements.
• Formal training in WHIMIS, HACCP, Hygiene, etc. preferred.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies, GMPs, and PPE requirements in warehouse and production areas.
• Follow production schedules and communicate issues or deviations.
• Maintain production flow by supplying materials and performing minor servicing as needed.
• Operate/maintain equipment and perform sanitation tasks as assigned.
• Support cross-functional teams to improve quality, efficiency, and reduce waste.
