Job summary

Refresco is hiring for a full-time manufacturing/production role at our Indiana plant. You will operate in a fast-paced beverage production environment, reading schedules, controlling downstream/upstream flow, and assisting with changeovers and sanitation.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to maintain quality, safety, and efficiency. The position requires adherence to GMP, HACCP, and PPE protocols, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read production schedules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMP, safety policies, and wear PPE.
• Maintain production flow and communicate issues.
• Perform equipment changeovers and read measurements.
• Record production data and downtime accurately.
• Perform sanitation and minor maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality and reduce waste.
