Job summary

Refresco in Indiana is seeking a dedicated production worker to support a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment. You will read schedules, monitor equipment, and ensure raw materials flow smoothly to the line while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in manufacturing, basic math skills, and the ability to read imperial and metric measurements. Training on GMPs/HACCP and forklift operation is a plus; overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school certification or equivalent required; 1-3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with production machinery, forklifts, gauges, and measurement reading.
• Able to read imperial and metric measurements and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and PPE requirements in warehouse and production areas.
• Follow production schedules and communicate deviations.
• Maintain production flow and supply raw materials to equipment.
• Record production and quality data; complete downtime reports.
• Perform equipment sanitation and minor maintenance.
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality and reduce waste.
• Understand visual/auditory cues for machine issues.
• Cross-train and assist in inventory and training as needed.
