Job summary

Refresco is seeking a Machine Operator II for the weekend 12‑hour shift at our Greendale, IN facility. You will monitor high‑speed beverage lines, load raw materials, and perform basic line maintenance while strictly following GMP and safety procedures. Reading production schedules and measurements is essential, as is staying ahead of downtime events.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-speed beverage production preferred.
• Able to read production schedules and measurements.
• Strong mathematical abilities and attention to detail.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and GMPs during production.
• Monitor production lines and ensure timely material provision.
• Perform minor maintenance and changeovers as needed.
• Record production data and downtime accurately.
• Collaborate with teams to improve quality and reduce waste.
