Job summary

Refresco Brand is seeking a Machine Operator II to support a fast-paced beverage production line in Greendale, IN. The role involves operating and assisting with production machinery, ensuring health and safety policies are followed, and maintaining accurate production records.

The successful candidate will have 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, familiarity with GMPs, and the ability to read production schedules and measurements.

Qualifications

• High school certification or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment is desired.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Maintain production flow by monitoring equipment and supplying raw materials.
• Read and follow production schedules; communicate deviations.
• Perform equipment changeovers and read imperial/metric measurements.
• Record downtime and production quality data accurately.
• Perform equipment sanitation and assist in quality improvements.
• Collaborate with departments to meet production targets and reduce waste.
