Job summary

Refresco Indiana is seeking a Warehouse/Blending Operator to support our high-speed beverage production. You will follow GMPs, safety policies, PPE, and wear required gear on the production lines and in the warehouse. You will verify ingredients against SAP, assist QA, and maintain sanitation.

Teamwork, accuracy, and problem-solving are essential; SAP/HACCP/GMP/hygiene training is preferred. Requirements include High School Certification and 1–2 years manufacturing experience; ability to lift 50

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment preferred.
• Formal training in SAP, HACCP, GMP, Hygiene etc. preferred.
• Able to routinely lift 50lbs.
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written (English).
• Solid comprehension of production schedules and laboratory testing.
• Understand quality improvement, increase efficiencies, improve yields, and eliminate out of specification or damaged product.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies, GMPs and wear PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Adhere to food quality and safety standards per SQF and regulatory requirements.
• Be trained and certified in batching/blending equipment.
• Ensure product quality and integrity on lines per specifications.
• Transport ingredients by forklift and pre-weighs as needed.
• Verify ingredients against SAP and safety/quality parameters.
• Program bulk ingredient delivery systems as required.
• Record accurate batching/blending data and sample submissions.
• Maintain sanitation of the area and CIP/COP sanitation of lines.
• Unload bulk concentrates and report non-compliance or safety issues.
