Job summary

Refresco in Indiana is seeking a production operator to support high-speed beverage manufacturing. The role requires adherence to GMPs, safety PPE, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

You will help with batching and blending, monitor quality, and assist with sanitation on a fast-paced line. This position involves following batch sheets, using SAP for ingredient verification, and logging data to ensure product safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School certification required.
• 1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a hot/cold environment.
• Basic math and data recording skills.
• English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and wear PPE.
• Follow food quality and safety standards (SQF, FDA).
• Be trained in batching/blending equipment operations.
• Ensure product quality and line integrity per specs.
• Transport ingredients by forklift and verify against SAP.
• Record batch data and maintain sanitation and CIP/COP.
