Job summary

Refresco is hiring for a manufacturing associate in a high-speed beverage production environment. You will work in a fast-paced plant, follow GMPs, SOPs and HACCP guidelines, and operate batching equipment with safety as a priority.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, attention to detail, and effective communication in English. Training will cover SAP usage and quality control processes, with overtime and shift variations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Certification is required.
• 1–2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Formal training in SAP, HACCP, GMP, Hygiene preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health, safety policies, GMPs and wear PPE in production areas.
• Ensure product quality and safety per SQF/standards.
• Comply with FDA/state regulations and Refresco policies.
• Train and be certified in batching/blending equipment.
• Program bulk ingredient delivery system and record data.
• Maintain sanitation and cleaning of the area throughout the shift.
• Perform CIP/COP sanitation of lines and equipment.
• Report non-compliance and safety issues to management.
