Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking Production Supervisors for a bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. You'll lead 15–25 production employees across first, second, and third shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality output and meeting daily production goals.

This hands-on leadership role offers a clear path for professional growth within an established supervisory team, with competitive base salary of $76–$86K plus a 5% bonus and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, vacation, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
