RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC in Rocky Mount, NC, is seeking Production Supervisors for its bakery operation. This hands-on leadership role oversees 15–25 production employees across first, second, and third shifts, delivering safe, high‑quality products while meeting schedule goals.

You will lead daily activities, coach staff, ensure food safety and GMPs, and collaborate with maintenance and QA to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing, bakery or frozen foods.
• Proven ability to lead employees, manage performance and accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
