Job summary

The Campbell's Company in Hanover, PA is seeking a Bakery Processing Operator to safely run bakery processing equipment, monitor temperatures, weights, and batch times, and ensure a continuous flow of product to packaging. You will follow batch sheets, adjust processes, and maintain quality throughout the line.

You will assist with maintenance tasks, collect production records, and uphold GMP and food-safety standards in a fast-paced D-shift environment. Overtime may be required.

• Ability to read and follow work instructions, recipes, batch sheets, and operational procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and food safety.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions within established guidelines.
• Ability to perform physical requirements, including standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb, etc.
• Overtime readiness in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate bakery processing equipment to produce products within quality standards.
• Mix ingredients, monitor temperature, moisture, mix times, and weights.
• Make equipment and process adjustments to maintain quality.
• Monitor production flow and remove non-conforming products.
• Read batch sheets and follow production instructions accurately.
• Operate changesovers on equipment according to procedures.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Record production data and monitor sanitation during cleanups.
• Follow safety policies and report injuries promptly.
• Move raw materials using forklifts or pallet jacks as needed.
