Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Hanover, PA is seeking a Bakery Processing Operator for the 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Sunday - Thursday). Starting pay is $22.50 per hour with a $2.00 shift differential, with total rewards including health, dental, 401(k) and wellness benefits.

You will operate bakery processing equipment, monitor temperatures and weights, follow batch sheets, perform changeovers, complete production records, and maintain sanitation and GMPs while supporting overtime and safety

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Reading and following work instructions, batch sheets and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and food safety.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions within guidelines.
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift and move for long periods.

Responsibilities

Operate bakery processing equipment to produce products within quality and food safety standards.
Mix ingredients and monitor temperature, moisture, times and weights.
Adjust equipment to maintain product quality and consistency.
Monitor production flow and remove non-conforming products.
Read batch sheets and production instructions accurately.
Perform changeovers and shut downs on equipment per procedures.
Assist with maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
Monitor for contamination and elevate concerns.
Document production records accurately.
Follow sanitation procedures during cleaning and changeovers.
