Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Hanover, PA is seeking a Bakery Processing Operator for 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Mon-Fri). You will safely operate bakery processing equipment, ensure quality and food safety, and maintain a continuous production flow to packaging lines.

The role requires following batch sheets and recipes, reading instructions, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Overtime and a total rewards package including health benefits are offered.

• Ability to safely operate in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, recipes, batch sheets, and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and food safety.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and accuracy.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate bakery processing equipment to produce products within quality and safety standards.
• Read batch sheets, monitor temperatures, moisture, mix times, and ingredient weights.
• Make adjustments to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Monitor production flow and remove non-conforming products.
• Complete required production records and documentation accurately.
• Follow sanitation procedures during changeovers and proper chemical handling.
• Move raw materials using forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards in the work area.
