Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate in a manufacturing environment.

• Able to stand, walk, lift, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate bakery processing equipment to produce products meeting quality standards.
• Monitor temperatures, moisture, mix times, and ingredient weights.
• Make adjustments to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Read batch sheets and follow production instructions precisely.
• Handle changeovers and basic maintenance tasks.
• Maintain sanitation and safe handling of chemicals.
• Complete production records and logs accurately.
• Track production waste and dispose properly.
• Move raw materials with forklifts or pallet jacks as needed.
