Job summary

Campbell's in Hanover, PA is seeking a Bakery Processing Operator for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday - Friday). Base pay starts at $22.50 per hour with a $1.00 shift differential.

You will operate bakery processing equipment, follow batch sheets, monitor quality and safety, and support overtime as needed. You will work with Bakery Processing Team Members, Packaging and Production Operators, Quality Assurance, Maintenance Technicians, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth production and

• Able to read and follow work instructions, batch sheets, and recipes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate bakery processing equipment to produce products meeting quality standards.
• Read batch sheets and follow production instructions accurately.
• Monitor temperatures, moisture, mix times, and ingredient weights.
• Perform equipment adjustments and monitor production flow.
• Handle changeovers and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and 5S housekeeping.
• Record production logs and documentation.
• Operate forklifts/pallet jacks to move materials.
